Fuller's
Located at the
Sheraton Seattle Hotel & Towers in downtown Seattle, Fullers has been
named one of Seattle’s top five restaurants by Gourmet magazine’s 1996
and 1997’s “America’s Top Tables” readers’ polls and has received the
Four Star and Four Diamond distinction from Mobil Travel Service and
the American Automobile Association, respectively, since 1990.
Fullers' offers
both internationally influenced and regionally inspired cuisine. The
menu is seasonal with an emphasis on seafood. Its signature items are
a pan-seared king salmon with braised fennel ravioli, haricoverts and
caviar dill beuree blanc; a grilled loin of venison with potato fennel
gratin, mustard greens and cranberry sauce; a Chilean sea bass with
mushroom ragout, fume risotto and carrot reduction; and grilled
romaine baby hearts with caesar dressing and asiago tuilles. |
