1 Potato 2 is a unique
quick-serve restaurant featuring gourmet baked potatoes, low fat
topped potatoes, homemade French fries, potato skins and skillets,
plus fresh bread bowl soups and wraps. All menu items are prepared
fresh to order. Currently there are 30 locations in shopping mall food
courts in the Midwest and West.
